A split stock is made from delrin/polypenco and comes in two separate parts, connected by a clear flexi tube, that fits snugly against the inner back of the bag.
The aim of the tube is to collect moisture from the breath,which enables the piper to pour it out at regular intervals via removal of the blowpipe.
When the bag requires seasoning, the tube can also be removed for easier access.
